  5. Listen to Music :

    Listening to soothing music can relieve your stress. Music can lower blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety, therefore relieving your stress.

  6. Yoga :

    Yoga can instantly relax you. A simple technique is to lie on your back with legs bent, feet flat on floor, place your hands on your abdomen and watch belly as it rises and falls while you breathe. Yoga decreases the level of stress hormone, cortisol.

  7. Have a Cup of Tea :

    You can go for a cup of tea when you feel stressed out. You can opt for black tea since it lowers the levels of stress hormones.

  8. Visualize Some Place :

    Try imagining a cool place. Like a sandy beach, your feet in those sands, cool water coming and touching your feet. Beautiful, isn’t it? This can reduce your stress.

  9. Go Out :

    Select your favorite hangout place and spend some quality time to reduce your stress.

  10. Think Positive :

    You should always occupy your mind with positive thoughts. No matter what situation you face, think how it is improving you in a positive way. You can relieve stress that way.
